1. Our CAN-SPAM Commitments

All commercial email sent by CoinNovaX complies with the following CAN-SPAM requirements:

• Honest subject lines: We never use deceptive or misleading subject lines or sender names.
• Clear identification: Our emails clearly identify CoinNovaX as the sender.
• Physical address: All our commercial emails include our current valid physical mailing address.
• Opt-out mechanism: Every marketing or newsletter email includes a clear and functional unsubscribe link.
• Prompt opt-out processing: Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days. Once processed, we will not send further commercial email to that address.
• No selling of opted-out addresses: We do not sell, rent, or transfer email addresses that have unsubscribed from our communications.

4. Reporting Spam

• Forward the spam email as an attachment so we can investigate.
• You may also report spam to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or ftc.gov/spam.

5. Guest Submissions & Anti-Spam

Our guest post submission form includes honeypot fields and server-side validation to prevent automated spam submissions. Repeated abuse of the submission form may result in your IP address being blocked.
